Candi: The “Jill” of all business and cooking aspects of Savory Faire; specializing in baking. She started Savory Faire 30 years ago and has stayed passionate about promoting great food in Grays Harbor. She is a longstanding true fan and promoter of NW wines and beers, and a driving force behind our wine list.
Josh: Passionate about fishing and the outdoors. He is a master of soup making and renowned for his meat and fish preparation. His attention to detail drives his random thinking mother crazy, but our customers love his dedication to presenting a perfect product.
Randy: A retired high school alternative energy teacher, breadmaker and espresso "snob" extraordinaire. It is his life's mission that every Savory Faire espresso is a taste of Italy.
Welcome to our café bakery We are passionate about our food and our community. We've been in business for more than 30 years and take pride being strong members and contributors of our local community, with everyday regulars who return time after time and new customers who often become regulars.
We took a two-year hiatus from our business: however, we have missed cooking and baking for our Savory Faire friends. So this summer we are returning to the culinary business world. We have a big rebuild project ahead of us before we open the doors at our new location. We are excited and have some new hours and new ideas to welcome everyone back and share our joy in this reopening.
We are a cycling and hiking family. We plan to have an area for touring cyclists to safely park their bikes and gear while enjoying a meal with us. Mountain biking maps and advice will be available from Josh, plus they may even have a tool or part you need for a quick repair. We will also be happy to suggest some wonderful day hiking trails in the Montesano City Forest and surrounding areas.
